By accessing or using our Platform and/or Services, you (“User,” “you,” “your”) agree to abide by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding contract between you and Perfect Squared. By registering on our Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and conduct transactions.

The term ‘Users’ pertains to individuals engaging with our Platform, either as visitors, buyers, or recipients of services, encompassing interactions with both the Platform itself and its associated Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers. Users are ultimately the end-customers of the products or services offered by these third parties.
‘User’s Content’ encompasses any form of data, text, multimedia, or other materials contributed by Users and made available on or through our Platform, including company logos, trademarks, and copyrighted materials.
Clause references within this document refer to the clauses contained herein. Headings are provided for convenience and do not alter the interpretation of the Terms. Singular and plural references, as well as gender-specific terms, encompass all relevant variations unless context dictates otherwise.

If you are representing another individual or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these terms.
In compliance with transparency and fraud prevention measures, and within the bounds of the law, we retain the right (though not the obligation) to (i) request users to furnish government-issued identification or other relevant information, or conduct additional verification procedures to authenticate user identity or background, and (ii) conduct screenings of users through third-party databases or other sources.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, singular terms also encompass plural forms, and words indicating a specific gender include all genders. Our services encompass everything from designing to execution on a turn-key basis, as well as facilitating purchases from third-party service providers. Payment terms are to be settled promptly by the customer as per our policies. We ensure that all third-party vendors and service providers offer warranties or defect liability periods on civil and woodwork items. While we do not set or control prices for products or services provided by third-party vendors, we ensure compliance with our terms of engagement.
Third-party vendors and service providers are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of their offerings. We do not warrant the accuracy of their descriptions or their performance. Disputes between users and third-party providers are not mediated or resolved by Perfect Squared. Users are required to familiarize themselves with additional terms and conditions set by third-party providers before engaging with them.
We reserve the right to modify our product and service offerings at our discretion. Our terms of use are contingent upon our payment, cancellation, refund, and warranty policies, which we urge you to review carefully before availing any services.
1. It is your sole responsibility to maintain the necessary computer equipment, internet connections, and telecommunication charges required to access and utilize the Platform.

By adhering fully to the Terms, Perfect Squared extends to you a non-exclusive, limited privilege to access and utilize the Platform or Services, including purchasing products and availing services. You agree to employ the Platform for lawful purposes, in alignment with the Terms, and any relevant laws or guidelines governing its usage, including your online behavior.
3. While utilizing the Platform or Services, you undertake not to engage in activities that may hinder the Platform’s use by Perfect Squared and/or other Users. Additionally, you pledge not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, send, share, or update any information that:

While you retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in your User Content, you grant Perfect Squared and its affiliates the right to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, and create derivative works from it for advertising and marketing purposes.
5. You are forbidden from directly or indirectly soliciting Third Party Vendors or Service Providers to provide services independently, without booking through Perfect Squared Platform. Any such unauthorized transactions absolve Perfect Squared of liability, and you acknowledge this as a reasonable restriction.
6. We cannot guarantee the identity, authenticity, or accuracy of other Users’ content accessed through the Platform. Therefore, any interactions or usage of such content are solely at your own risk, and you bear responsibility for any resulting harm or loss..
1. The content, design elements, and code featured on our platform, including text, graphics, user interfaces, sounds, artwork, and designs, are the exclusive property of Perfect Squared. They are safeguarded by copyright, patent, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. The unique arrangement and presentation of these elements are also protected.
2. The content, underlying technology, and services provided by Perfect Squared on the platform belong to Perfect Squared and/or its licensors. Unauthorized modification, copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works based on our platform’s content is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by Perfect Squared. The trademarks, trade names, and service marks associated with Perfect Squared, including ‘PERFECT SQUARED’ and its logos, are the property of Perfect Squared and may not be used without prior written consent.
3. Users acknowledge that their use of the platform and services does not grant them any ownership rights in the intellectual property therein. The limited right to use the platform and services is granted solely in accordance with our terms. Any goodwill derived from the use of our platform and services benefits Perfect Squared exclusively.
4. Users agree that any feedback provided to Perfect Squared becomes the property of Perfect Squared, granting us ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with that feedback. Perfect Squared reserves the right to use and share such feedback at its discretion.
5. Any trademarks or service marks of other companies, products, or services displayed on our platform belong to their respective owners and are not necessarily endorsed by or affiliated with Perfect Squared.
Perfect Squared’s platform may include links to external websites, products, services, advertisements, or other materials (“Third Party Resources”) that are not owned or operated by Perfect Squared or Perfect Squared Luxe Designs Private Limited. Accessing Third Party Resources through our platform is at your own risk. By using these resources, you agree to abide by their respective terms and policies in addition to our own. Perfect Squared does not endorse or recommend any Third-Party Resources and assumes no responsibility for their content, accuracy, privacy policies, or practices. We do not monitor or control Third Party Resources and are not liable for any issues arising from their use.”

You understand and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and unless expressly stated otherwise, our platform, products (including software), and services are provided by Perfect Squared on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your interactions and transactions with organizations and individuals (including third-party vendors and service providers) found on or through our platform, as well as any associated terms, conditions, warranties, or representations, are solely between you and them. You should conduct any necessary investigation before engaging in any online or offline transactions with these third parties. In the event of a dispute with other users or third parties, you release Perfect Squared, its holding company, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any and all claims, demands, and damages of every kind, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes.

Without limiting the foregoing, Perfect Squared makes no representations or warranties regarding: (i) the suitability of the platform or services for your needs; (ii) the uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free nature of your use of the platform or services; (iii) the effectiveness, accuracy, or reliability of the results obtained from using the platform or services; (iv) the quality meeting your expectations; (v) the correction of errors or defects in the platform; or (vi) the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of product or service descriptions provided by third-party vendors and service providers. Any advice or information obtained from Perfect Squared or through the platform does not create any warranty not expressly stated in our terms of use.
3. Perfect Squared will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account or account information in connection with our platform, products, and services, whether with or without your knowledge.
4. While we strive for accuracy, Perfect Squared does not warrant or represent the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any data, information, or service provided on the platform. We shall not be responsible for any delays, failures, or shortcomings in platform functionalities or the provision of functionalities, nor for any information, software, functionalities, or related graphics obtained through the platform, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
5. Perfect Squared shall not be liable for platform unavailability due to maintenance or unplanned access suspensions for technical reasons or reasons beyond our control. You understand and agree that downloading or accessing material or data through the platform is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any resulting damage to your computer systems or loss of data.
6. Third-party advertising material may appear on the platform, and each advertiser is solely responsible for the content. We do not endorse or accept responsibility for the accuracy or content of such advertising material.

By utilizing the Platform or Services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and safeguard Perfect Squared, as well as Third Party Vendors and Service Providers, against any third-party claims arising from your use or misuse of the Platform, any inaccuracies in the data you provide, or any violation of the Terms, including infringement of intellectual property rights.

Perfect Squared, along with its officers, directors, consultants, agents, and employees, shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, incidental, indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Platform, Services, or products purchased through the Platform. This includes but is not limited to injury, data loss, income loss, profit loss, property damage, and monetary loss, regardless of whether Perfect Squared was advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. Furthermore, Perfect Squared shall not be liable for any actions or omissions of Third Party Vendors and Service Providers, except as prohibited by applicable law or your statutory rights.
4. Perfect Squared is not liable for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or stolen entries. We also disclaim legal responsibility for losses arising from your use of the Platform, including technical malfunctions, account actions, and indirect damages such as loss of income or data.
5. While we strive to maintain accurate and current content on our Platform and Service, we do not make any express or implied warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the information provided.
1. The pact between Perfect Squared and each User as per the Terms shall become effective upon the earlier of (i) the User’s initiation of Platform and/or Services usage, or (ii) Account registration, or (iii) execution of a written contract with Perfect Squared concerning Services utilization, and shall persist for as long as the respective User continues to utilize the Platform and/or Services. These conditions will remain valid until either you or Perfect Squared opt to terminate them. If you object to the Terms or are discontent with the Platform or Services, your sole option is to deactivate your Account on the Platform and/or discontinue accessing or utilizing the Platform or Services.
3. You acknowledge that any breach of the Terms by you may cause irreparable harm to Perfect Squared, for which monetary compensation would be inadequate. Hence, you consent to Perfect Squared seeking injunctive or equitable relief it deems necessary or appropriate under such circumstances. These remedies supplement any other legal or equitable remedies that Perfect Squared may pursue. If Perfect Squared initiates legal proceedings against you, they shall be entitled to recover, and you agree to pay, all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs associated with such actions, in addition to any other relief granted.
4. Upon the agreement’s termination with a User per the Terms, the User’s access and usage rights to the Platform and/or Services, and other associated rights herein, shall cease. Except for obligations explicitly stated to survive, both Parties’ further rights and obligations shall immediately cease, while accrued rights and obligations as of the termination date shall remain unaffected.
5. Despite Account suspension or termination, you shall remain responsible for fulfilling all transactions and settling payments for commitments made prior to the suspension or termination of your Account, subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing such transactions (e.g., agreements between you and Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers).
6. Perfect Squared retains the right to discontinue Services at any time if you are found to be in violation of its Anti-Bribery, Anti-Discrimination, or Sexual Harassment Policies.
These Terms don’t create any association between Perfect Squared Luxe Designs Private Limited, the operator of Perfect Squared brand, and yourself. Our connection operates strictly on a principal-to-principal basis, with neither side serving as the legal representative, partner, or agent of the other. Neither party possesses the authority, whether explicit or implicit, to impose obligations on behalf of the other.
Users are prohibited from engaging in any form of bribery or corruption. This includes the direct or indirect offering, making, giving, or receiving of payments, contributions, gifts, entertainment, or any other benefits with the intent of obtaining or retaining business in a manner that is unethical, illegal, or improper, or that violates any anti-bribery or anti-corruption laws and regulations. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of your account and access to or use of the Perfect Squared platform and/or services.
We are dedicated to fostering a community environment that is devoid of harassment. We do not tolerate any form of harassment based on an individual’s sex, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, religion, or any other legally protected characteristic. This policy applies to all users, including end-users, third-party vendors, service providers, employees, or agents associated with Perfect Squared. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of the violator’s account and their access to or use of the Perfect Squared platform and/or services.
Unwanted and offensive behavior of a sexual nature directed towards an individual or group constitutes sexual harassment. Instances may involve unwanted physical contact, inappropriate sexual language, propositions, jokes, gestures, or the display of sexually explicit material. All individuals, including end-users, third-party vendors, service providers, employees, or agents, must adhere to this policy. Failure to comply will result in the immediate termination of your account and access to the platform and/or services.
Regardless of where Users access or utilize the Platform and/or Services, as permitted by law, the Terms will adhere to Indian legal statutes, without consideration of conflicting legal principles. Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, to settle any arising claims or disputes related to the Terms.
